Your plan shows the recommended care, total cost, timing, and any amount you already have available.

Prices are starting points. Your plan price is confirmed in writing at your consultation. Every plan follows an exam by a licensed provider, who decides whether a treatment is right for you.
Member pricing: active Ongoing Skin Care members get 5% off standard plans. Member pricing never combines with bundles (including the Contour Duo), promotions or financing promotions. The Contour Duo is excluded from all discounts.
Questions
Do I need an exam first?
Yes. Every medical treatment starts with an exam by a licensed provider. A membership doesn't guarantee that a treatment is right for you, and results vary.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Ongoing Skin Care renews automatically every month and your card is charged $179 each month until you cancel. We email you a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time, from the link in every payment email, or call us at (941) 999-2499.
What happens to my unused visits if I cancel?
They stay yours. Before your next renewal date would have been, choose either a gift certificate with no expiry or a refund.
What if a treatment isn't right for me?
If your provider finds the care is no longer medically appropriate, we refund your unused paid balance to your original payment method within 14 days, or you can keep it as credit.
Can I pause?
Yes. Up to 2 months a year, with no fee. Ask us and we'll move your next payment date. Your unused visits stay usable.
What if a payment doesn't go through?
A failed card payment cancels the membership. We'll contact you twice over 7 days to help. If it isn't resolved, your unused paid visits are kept and handled the same way as a cancellation. You can rejoin by updating your card.
Do member prices apply to bundles?
No. Member pricing never combines with bundles or other promotions.

If you cancel, or a payment fails and isn't resolved, you choose a no-expiry gift certificate or a refund for them. Pause up to 2 months a year at no fee. If care becomes medically inappropriate, we refund the unused paid balance within 14 days, or keep it as credit if you prefer. Member pricing (5%) applies only to standard plans for active members and never to bundles, promotions or financing promotions.
